Museum Loan Program

Who can apply: Organizations may request exhibition, permanent-exhibition, or educational loans. Requests must advance the Foundation’s mission, share innovative research or approaches in a collection area, establish effective presentation and communications, and demonstrate professional planning. Requests must be submitted at least six months in advance, meet American Association of Museums facility standards, and propose displaying the work for more than 90 days. The Foundation does not generally loan to individuals or organizations unable to meet these standards.

Deadline: Requests must be submitted a minimum of six months in advance; proposed display period must exceed 90 days.
