The Foundation generally does not fund endowment campaigns, religious or sectarian purposes, individuals other than through separate scholarships, operating deficits, post-event or after-the-fact expenses, political activity, or routine tax-supported government services. Ongoing operating budget and multi-year requests are discouraged, although exceptions may be made at the Board’s discretion. Applicants must consult with the Foundation’s Executive Director and/or Community Grants & Operations Manager before submitting a proposal.
