Proposed programs must benefit residents in the Southcoast Health and/or United Way of Greater New Bedford service areas in Southeastern Massachusetts and align with at least one priority in the South Coast Health Alliance 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment. One application per organization generally applies, although limited exceptions may be considered. Collaborative applications are welcome and must identify a lead applicant or fiscal agent. Applicants may request up to one year of funding. Capital campaigns, building projects, and major equipment purchases are not eligible.

Proposals should be led by, or strongly informed through trusted relationships with, communities historically affected by oral health inequities.
