ISEC Charitable Foundation concentrates its giving on mental health, providing unrestricted support to national-level organizations working on mental illness. Its grants consistently fund NAMI National, indicating a strong, focused commitment to broad mental health advocacy and support services rather than many disparate causes.
Highly concentrated and repeat-focused: a small number of sizable grants directed to a single national grantee (two grants totaling $125,000), favoring general/unrestricted support.
A single organization anchors ISEC Charitable Foundation AKA ISEC Foundation’s recent giving: NAMI National received the largest reported grant at $75,000 in 2025, following a $50,000 grant in 2024. That repeat support points to a focused pattern rather than a broad portfolio. The foundation’s recent awards are mostly unrestricted, and many go to national nonprofits working on mental health, public education, family support, and related human-services needs. Beyond mental health advocacy, the grant list shows a compact set of additional themes: disaster relief through the American National Red Cross, support for veteran and military-focused nonprofits, aid for children and families, and a smaller number of place-based or event-related awards. Several grants stay at the same $2,500 level, while a few larger awards stand out for mental health and disaster response. The pattern suggests an organization that favors direct general support over restricted project funding, with giving spread across a national recipient base rather than tied to the foundation’s Delaware headquarters. Recent recipients include The Trevor Project, Wounded Warrior Project, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, and Sleep in Heavenly Peace.
Mental health is the clearest throughline in the foundation’s giving. In 2025, it awarded $75,000 to NAMI National for general and unrestricted support, and it also gave $2,750 to NAMI San Diego for the same purpose. That combination shows both national advocacy and local affiliate support. Disaster response is another visible area. The foundation gave $13,912 in 2023 to the American National Red Cross - Mile High Chapter and followed with a $5,000 unrestricted grant in 2024, plus a $4,185 charitable event grant to the same chapter. It also gave $4,653 in 2025 to the American National Red Cross in Boone, Iowa. The remaining portfolio includes children, families, and service organizations: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital received $4,500 in 2024 and $3,000 in 2025; Feeding America received $2,500 in 2024; and Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver received $2,500 in 2025.
Typical grant size is tightly clustered: the 25th percentile, median, and 75th percentile are all $1,500. Despite that low central tendency, the foundation also makes a few much larger awards, including six-figure-scale support to its core mental-health beneficiary. The grant list is heavily weighted toward general and unrestricted support, with occasional event or disaster-relief designations. Recipients appear across multiple years, especially NAMI National and the American National Red Cross - Mile High Chapter, which suggests recurring relationships rather than one-off gifts. The foundation is not reported as funding individuals and does not make program-related investments.
