Mission
The YMCA of Midland is dedicated to strengthening the foundations of our community by promoting youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. As a nonprofit organization, we provide inclusive programs and services designed to nurture the potential of every individual, encourage personal well-being, and foster meaningful community connections. Our diverse range of programs serves individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds. We offer health and wellness initiatives, youth sports, aquatics programs, childcare services, and community engagement activities that inspire growth and promote social equity. Key programs include our Safety Around Water initiative, which teaches essential drowning prevention skills; structured youth sports leagues that promote teamwork and leadership; and our comprehensive fitness and wellness offerings that support lifelong health.
