Windcall is dedicated to nurturing and developing transformative learning and resilient leadership among community and labor organizers engaged in social justice for low-income communities and communities of color. Windcalls flagship Residencies are located in pristine natural environments for self-exploration of transformative practices. Its Staying Power program provides a blueprint for ongoing practice in beloved community and deeper organizational residencies for teams, rooted in the four elements of nature.
