NAVIGATE IS A MILLENNIAL DRIVEN LATINX BASED ORGANIZATION THAT BUILDS POWER FOR GENDER, RACIAL AND ECONOMIC JUSTICE. WE HAVE A VISION OF A MINNESOTA WHERE LATINXS ARE ACHIEVING THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL. WE BELIEVE THAT BY DOING THIS, WE CONTRIBUTE TO THE WELL-BEING AND THE PROSPERITY OF ALL MINNESOTANS, REGARDLESS OF SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS, RACE, IMMIGRATION STATUS, DIS/ABILITY AND GENDER IDENTITY.
