THE MISSION OF THE FILSON HISTORICAL SOCIETY IS TO COLLECT, PRESERVE, AND SHARE THE SIGNIFICANT HISTORY AND CULTURE OF KENTUCKY AND THE OHIO VALLEY. ITS PURPOSE IS THE BELIEF THAT COMMUNITIES BUILD A STRONGER FUTURE BY BETTER KNOWING THE PAST.
