AT TAKING ROOT FARMS, WE EMPOWER ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES BY PROVIDING A RURAL, FARM-BASED, MEANINGFUL DAY HABILITATION PROGRAM THAT FOSTERS PERSONAL GROWTH, SKILL DEVELOPMENT, AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT. OUR VISION IS TO CREATE A SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT WHERE INDIVIDUALS CAN THRIVE THROUGH MEANINGFUL WORK, RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, AND RELATIONSHIP-BUILDING, HELPING THEM LEAD FULFILLING LIVES WHILE ENHANCING THEIR SENSE OF BELONGING AND SELF-WORTH.
