STRATEGIC ENERGY INNOVATIONS (SEI), A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION ESTABLISHED IN 1997, BUILDS LEADERS TO DRIVE SUSTAINABILITY SOLUTIONS. SEI RECOGNIZES THAT MANY ORGANIZATIONS HAVE CLIMATE AND SUSTAINABILITY GOALS AND STRUGGLE TO SUPPORT SKILLED WORKERS TO MEET THEIR GOALS. THROUGH INNOVATIVE, HANDS-ON SUSTAINABILITY EDUCATION AND CAREER ENTRY PROGRAMS, SEI HELPS TO BUILD THE DIVERSE WORKFORCE THAT OUR PARTNERS NEED TO BE RESILIENT IN THE FACE OF PENDING CLIMATE IMPACTS.
