BY REDUCING RECIDIVISM, BUILDING STRONG COMMUNITIES THROUGH PEER NETWORKS, AND KEEPING FAMILIES TOGETHER, WE WILL HELP BRING HOPE AND PROSPERITY TO MARGINALIZED COMMUNITIES.
