TO PROMOTE PERSONAL AND FAMILY DEVELOPMENT THROUGH EDUCATION AND GIVE MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN THE NECESSARY TOOLS TO BECOME ECONOMICALLY SELF- SUFFICIENT THROUGH PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE JOB SKILLS, LEADERSHIP SKILLS, HANDS ON TRAINING, COMMUNICATION PRESENTATION, CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS AND A NETWORK OF FRIENDS TO HELP THEM GROW INTO BECOMING STRONG LEADERS WITHIN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
