DELIVER FOOD AND NUTRITIOUS MEALS TO ROWAN COUNTY SENIORS AND INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE DIFFICULTY LEAVING THEIR HOMES AND/OR ARE CHALLENGED TO PREPARE THEIR MEALS. VOLUNTEERS AND STAFF BUILD RELATIONSHIPS, PROVIDE REFERRALS AND WORK TO MITIGATE SOCIAL ISOLATION.
