Mission
The Latino Civic Alliance LCA is committed to advancing equity justice and opportunity for Latino and underserved communities through advocacy education public policy engagement and grassroots community involvement. LCA empowers individuals and families to thrive by removing barriers amplifying community voices and building pathways to long-term success. LCA cultivates the next generation of leaders through comprehensive youth and adult leadership programs. Participants gain critical skills mentorship and real-world experience that prepare them to lead in their schools workplaces and communities. The organization also links individuals to essential resources such as healthcare education legal aid and workforce support ensuring families have the tools they need to thrive.
