FMC: WORKING TO STRENGTHEN AND SUPPORT THE CONGRESS IN THE CONDUCT OF ITS CONSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY BY CHAMPIONING A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH TO POLICY MAKING. FMC: PROTECTING AND PROMOTING DEMOCRACY WORLDWIDE AND ENCOURAGING CITIZEN ENGAGEMENT.
