THE MISSION OF ENTERPRISE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (ECD) IS DEVELOPMENT, PRESERVATION, AND MANAGEMENT OF HOUSING COMMUNITIES INCLUDING COORDINATION OF RESIDENT SERVICES TO PROVIDE DECENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES. ECD IS ALSO ENGAGED IN EFFORTS TO EXPAND THE AVAILABILITY OF, AND ACCESS TO RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES AT AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS IT OWNS, CONTROLS, OR MANAGES.
