THE CYCLE EFFECT EMPOWERS YOUNG WOMEN FROM UNDERSERVED COMMUNITIES TO OBTAIN THE EDUCATION NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE BRIGHTER FUTURES AND BUILD STRONGER COMMUNITIES. WE USE MOUNTAIN BIKING TO HELP LOWER-INCOME GIRLS DEVELOP THE SKILLS AND SELF-ESTEEM.
