THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO RESEARCH, DEVELOP AND ANALYZE CURRENT AND FUTURE PUBLIC POLICIES THAT IMPACT THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF NEW MEXICANS, SUCH AS HEALTH CARE, ENERGY, NATURAL RESOURCES, THE ECONOMY, JOBS, VOTING RIGHTS ISSUES AND TO INCREASE CIVIC PARTICIPATION.
