BLACK MEN VOTE HAS THE UNIQUE ABILITY TO BRIDGE THE CULTURAL DIVIDE WITH OUTSIDE STAKEHOLDERS AND GRASSROOTS AS WELL AS GRASSTOP LEADERS IN THE BLACK MALE COMMUNITY.
