Provide increased economic opportunities to underrepresented entrepreneurs to bridge wealth and opportunity gaps through entrepreneurship by increasing both the pipeline of diverse entrepreneurs as well as the number of historically excluded entrepreneurs who succeed at raising necessary startup capital.
