Applicants must be tax-exempt organizations and may submit one request per calendar year. Grants are not made to individuals; loans are not made to charitable organizations. Churches and church trips outside Cleveland County are not supported.

Prefer 501(c)(3) organizations in good standing; emphasis on organizations that have not received a grant in the last 12 months.
