Partner Agency Membership (Partner Agency Program)

Who can apply: Applicants must generally be established 501(c)(3) charities or legal equivalents recognized under IRC 170(e)3, serve people who are needy, ill, infants, or children, provide food directly and free of charge through regularly scheduled services, maintain appropriate food storage and handling capabilities, complete approved food-safety training, submit required organizational and financial documents, maintain client and distribution records, and comply with York County Food Bank partnership, reporting, inspection, and nondiscrimination requirements.

Deadline: No fixed deadline stated; applications may be submitted for review when an agency is interested in joining the network.
