Pooled Fund Grants
Who can apply: Applicant must be an IRS-qualified 501(c)3 or other IRS-approved tax-exempt organization; may not discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin, ethnicity, gender, physical ability, sexual orientation, political or religious belief; must not serve exclusively sectarian purposes; must target funds to its mission within Blaine County; applications for religious or political activities are not considered; organizations fully funded by WRWF in the preceding two consecutive years are not eligible in the current year (partial funding is exempt). Applications must be completed in full with all required information attached.
Deadline: 2025 cycle application accepted in January 2025; 2026 and 2027 cycle notices on the site indicate the 2027 grant cycle will open in January 2027.
