Who can apply: Social service organizations that assist low-income and homeless families may apply through a local Windermere office. Applications should be submitted to an office local to the families being served, and if serving a large geographic area applicants should limit submission to no more than three offices. Funds must be distributed through an eligible nonprofit organization and tracked back to the families and children served. Public schools, colleges, and vocational schools are also eligible for funding.
