Who can apply: The requesting organization should be a registered nonprofit. Approved uses include school group tours, educational classes, lectures, symposia, board meetings, board retreats, donor appreciation parties, and fundraisers. Personal events, profit-making events, religious services or promotion of religious views, direct social services to private individuals or classes, and political candidate or party support are not approved. Maximum occupancy is 300, and organizations must comply with facility policies, the license agreement, and applicable insurance requirements.
Deadline: Requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the desired date; space is available at times on an as-available basis.
