Who can apply: Applicants must be nonprofits with a 501(c)(3) tax determination letter. The foundation primarily funds organizations in Delaware, and occasionally organizations serving southern Chester County as defined by the United Way of Southern Chester County. Organizations that previously received funding must wait at least three years before submitting another request unless the need is an emergency and a meeting is arranged.
