Who can apply: Applicants must be private nonprofits or public entities; individuals and for-profit organizations are not eligible. Organizations may not discriminate on specified protected-status grounds. VCTF does not fund construction projects. Equipment must be transferable and requests must address essential emergency needs. Applicants must be current on Vermont taxes and prior VCTF reporting; regulated child care programs must be in good standing.
Deadline: Emergency requests are reviewed on a rolling basis.
