Equipment Grants (Quarterly and Emergency)
Who can apply: Applicants must be private nonprofits or public entities; individuals and for-profit organizations are not eligible. Organizations must not discriminate on specified protected bases, must be current on Vermont taxes, and must be up to date on reports for previous VCTF grants. Regulated child care programs must be in good regulatory standing with Vermont's Child Development Division. Construction projects are not funded. Equipment must be transferable and requests must concern discrete project needs or replacement of vital resources. Certain equipment items are excluded, including trampolines, specified climbing structures, playhouses, baby walkers, and tricycles with spokes.
Deadline: Applications are due January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31, with awards made in February, May, August, and November, respectively.
