Who can apply: Nonprofits, including 501(c)(3) or social service organizations operating in Wayne County, with programs addressing basic needs, education, financial stability, or health and wellness. Applicants must attend a virtual agency orientation to be invited to submit a prequalification application. Grant applicants apply through e-CImpact and participate in agency site visits and presentations.
Deadline: Prequalification application: August 27, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Full grant application via e-CImpact: October 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM. Agency site visits and presentations: November 4–13, 2026.
