Who can apply: Must be a nonprofit primarily serving the Black community in Stark and/or Carroll County with at least a two-year history; organizations must be Black-led (Black CEO/President or Board with 51%+ Black members); organizations must have combined annual revenue/assets less than $500,000; to apply for Tier Two must meet United Way Standards for Membership and be a 501(c)(3); applicants must attend in-person Application Training and technical assistance sessions; agencies receiving United Way allocations are not eligible to apply for the same program.
