Who can apply: Must be a registered 501(c)(3) organization with a federal determination letter; in Good Standing with the State of Maryland Department of Assessments & Taxation; registered as Current in the Maryland SoS Charities Public Registry; serve education, financial stability, health, or essential/basic needs; use funds in Washington County, MD for Washington County residents only; funds must be used for equipment and/or materials needed to address an emergency or unexpected project or program expense; able to expend funds within 30 to 60 days of award.

Deadline: Applications are accepted until 3:00 pm on the 27th of each month (no exceptions).
