Who can apply: Applicants must be a nonprofit organization or governmental entity, either with 501(c)(3) designation or using an approved fiscal agent. HFF does not accept grant requests from nonprofit endowments. Requests for capital projects are by invitation only. Organizations may submit one application per grant cycle.

Deadline: LOIs are due by July 15 and February 15 each fiscal year. The request opportunity window opens approximately 2 months prior to each due date.
