Who can apply: Nonprofit organizations with demonstrated experience delivering behavioral and/or physical health programs; established presence in Lakewood and surrounding communities. For 2026, priority is given to organizations that have previously received funding from the Foundation. Foundation does not fund endowments, research, debt retirement, capital/fundraising campaigns, fundraising events, scholarships, government entities, or religious organizations.
Deadline: Request Summary available July 1 (due July 24). Invited application available Aug 14 (due Sept 4). Final funding decisions announced Nov 12-16.
