Who can apply: Supports 501(c)(3) organizations and institutions with projects that show promise of making a significant contribution to the welfare of the community. Prioritizes programs or projects that focus primarily on Westfield and nearby communities, provide innovative responses to recognized community needs, and demonstrate implementation and completion plans. Does not fund deficits, operating support, legislative or political activities, religious activities, private or parochial schools, most hospitals, or retroactive reimbursement for completed projects.
