Qualifications Management System

Who can apply: Initially limited to participants based in California. The program prioritizes organizations needing qualifications management for multiple fire-focused staff, with Tribes and Tribally/Indigenous-led organizations prioritized within that group. Individuals may express interest but are accepted as capacity allows. Applicants generally need staff working toward or holding NWCG positions, or an organizational need for a certifying official, recognized records, or qualifications management support.

Deadline: Rolling basis; participation is provided at no cost through at least December 31, 2027.
