Who can apply: Applicants must meet the Memorial's general eligibility requirements: IRS determination as a nonprofit 501(c)(3), generally located in the Greater Cincinnati area, and compliance with the 24-month reapplication waiting period after a final grant payment or declined request. Operating support is limited and continuing operational support is not provided.

Deadline: LOI deadlines are June 15 and December 1; proposal deadlines are August 1 and February 1. The next LOI deadline is December 1, 2026.
