General Grant Program (The St. Joe Community Foundation Grants)
Who can apply: Applicants must be recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, excluding organizations seeking funding for political or religious activities. Organizations should be based in Bay or Walton County, Florida, or be a county chapter of a state or national charity serving residents of those counties. Projects should demonstrate measurable success, financial accountability, sustainable impact, a track record or reasonable probability of success, economic sustainability, and leveraged support. The Foundation typically does not fund administrative or overhead costs, reimbursement requests, brick-and-mortar projects, youth sports not associated with a public school, school or athletic banner sponsorships, school athletic items not related to safety, uniforms or T-shirts, food or gift cards, or lodging and transportation.
