Applicants are expected to provide a brief history, project description, complete project budget, list of other funders asked, governing body list, prior year Form 990, year-to-date fiscal statement, and 501(c)(3) tax exemption letter. To be considered for approval to submit a grant proposal, organizations should contact the Foundation.
