General Grantmaking (Moody Foundation Grants Portal)

Who can apply: Applicants must be registered tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charities, governmental or public entities, certain Section 509(a)(3) supporting organizations, or private operating foundations. Organizations formed outside Texas must be registered and authorized to do business in Texas. All grant funds must be expended within Texas. Private foundations that are not private operating foundations, political organizations, political candidates, lobbyists, and related organizations are not eligible. Only one inquiry per organization may be active at a time, and new requests generally require submission of a prior grant’s final report.

Deadline: Applications and inquiries are accepted throughout the year on a rolling basis.
