Who can apply: Grants are confined to 501(c)(3) public nonprofit tax-exempt organizations in Linn County, Iowa, for charitable purposes. The Foundation focuses on capital projects and may consider program funding for new, unique, innovative projects with exceptional and lasting community value. Requests directly to individuals, private foundations, operating deficits, debt retirement, deferred maintenance, operational support, scholarly research, religious institutions, elementary and secondary schools, and special events are not considered.
