Who can apply: Applicants must be nonprofit organizations currently recognized as tax-exempt by the IRS and must reside in Crawford, Franklin, Logan, Sebastian, or Scott County, Arkansas, or LeFlore or Sequoyah County, Oklahoma. Projects must be single, identifiable, medically related projects that provide healthcare services or health education to underserved or underinsured populations. Funds cannot support completed projects, existing debts or deficit funding, political expenditures, or lobbying.
Deadline: Applications are accepted October 1 through March 31 for grants awarded in July. The next stated cycle is for July 2027 awards, with applications accepted October 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
