Who can apply: Requests must be submitted by an established Foundation charity referral partner; individuals cannot apply directly. Assistance is for low-income people experiencing a one-time crisis, is made only once per individual or family, and must be a last resort after other government, private, family, and friend resources have been exhausted. Approved funds are issued to the referral partner, which manages the grant.
