Programs should align with the foundation's funding priorities and demonstrate effectiveness through documented positive outcomes. Organizations with evaluations showing direct cause and effect and comparisons against control or peer groups are preferred.

Deadline: Letters of inquiry may be submitted at any time. The board usually meets twice annually; proposals are due February 15 for the spring meeting and August 15 for the fall meeting.
