General Grantmaking (Brook J. Lenfest Foundation)

Who can apply: Applicants must be qualified tax-exempt 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Programs should generally operate in Southeastern Pennsylvania, with emphasis on Philadelphia, and align with the foundation's interests in education, job training, or mentoring. Only organizations and programs with well-documented positive outcomes will be considered; program evaluations demonstrating direct cause and effect and comparisons with control or peer groups are preferred.

Deadline: Letters of inquiry may be submitted at any time. Invited proposals should be received by February 15 for the spring board meeting or August 15 for the fall board meeting.
