Practice Site Recruitment and Retention Incentive

Who can apply: Practice sites in rural or underserved areas of Tennessee. Physician sites must be underserved Tennessee facilities; dental sites must be FQHCs, charitable, faith-based, or other qualifying clinics. Funds may be used for recruitment and retention of eligible positions.

Deadline: Applications reviewed quarterly; quarterly report due dates listed for 2026 and 2027.
