Who can apply: Applicants must be state entities, municipalities, nonprofit entities, or for-profit entities that provide SUD-related services in Kansas. Organizations must show documented proof that they have been established and providing SUD-related services in Kansas for at least three years, and must meet applicable KFA legal-claim requirements.
Deadline: Applications are accepted year-round with quarterly reviews in March, June, September, and December. The deadline for the December 2026 review is November 20, 2026 at 4 p.m. CT.
