Sugar Bush Foundation Letter of Inquiry (FY 27-28)

Who can apply: Applications must be submitted jointly by an Ohio University college, school, department, or program and at least one community nonprofit or governmental partner. The community partner must be a registered 501(c)(3) organization or government entity. The project must impact at least one of Ohio's Appalachian counties, make a lasting impact on lives, local food systems, socio-economic development, and/or the environment of Appalachian Ohio, and involve at least one Ohio University student. The foundation does not fund capital projects and does not fund health-care-related initiatives unless connected to another area of priority.

Deadline: Letters of Inquiry are due by 11:59 p.m., November 30, 2026.
