Who can apply: Applicant must be an international or migrant church/organisation with demonstrable financial need; provide a plan with concrete objectives and budget; provide 2–3 non-family referees; have a council/board of at least two non-related persons; regular gatherings and sacramental life; endorse Apostles' Creed; minimum congregation size ~10–15; able to provide most recent annual accounts. Some criteria (statutes, KvK registration, ANBI status, local support availability) may be waived with justification.
Deadline: Quarterly deadlines (2026 listed): 5 January; 4 April; 3 August; 26 October. Board meets 4 times per year; average decision time 4–6 weeks.
