Who can apply: For individuals: must live or stay in Nijmegen, be in financial need through no fault of their own, and the problem must not be solvable through another statutory provision. Private applications are usually not favored and are preferably submitted by a neutral intermediary such as a social worker or caseworker. For projects: activities or projects must take place in Nijmegen and surrounding area and positively contribute to a multicultural society.
