Who can apply: Must be a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization; minimum annual operating budget of $200,000; provide three most recent IRS Form 990s (not Form 990-EZ) and independently audited financial statements; serve residents within the specified Southeast Michigan counties; sign and consent to the Shared Mission Foundation Grant Agreement; allow initial and ongoing site visits; provide ongoing program/project updates and requested budgets/financials; grantees must submit a written report before reapplying.
