The foundation also funds school and community meal capacity. It awarded $715,000 to Brigaid for No Kid Hungry partner work and $580,000 to Brigaid for childhood hunger programs, showing support for organizations that help schools and community groups run meals programs. On family economic mobility, the funder has supported groups addressing root causes of hunger and poverty. Examples include $750,000 to Jeremiah Program for family economic mobility and $514,486 to Maine Equal Justice Partners for family economic empowerment.
