Program Grants (Annual Program Grants)

Who can apply: Applicants must be nonprofit organizations based in San Diego or Imperial Counties, must not be individuals, and must have experience providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Generally, only one program per organization may be funded per fiscal year. Vendorized programs are eligible only when the request supports an expansion or falls outside the current vendorized program design. Capital expenses of $500 or more per item are not eligible; indirect costs are generally expected to remain below 20% of the request.

Deadline: For 2026 requests, applications are due by close of business on December 17, April 6, June 25, and October 5.
